We offer two different styles of two-bedroom apartments that have one bathroom. The 705 square feet unit rents for $625.00 – $702.00 rent per month, security deposit is the same as one month’s rent. The 836 square feet unit rents for $690.00 ~ $865.00 per month, security deposit is the same as one month’s rent. We also have a limited number of two bedroom, with two bathrooms that includes a washer and dryer. This is approximately 1.040 square feet, rents for $900.00 per month, $900.00 security deposit.
