Current tenants can pay their rent online via RENTCafe. You can access RENTCafe by going to: www.rentcafe.com or downloading the app “RENTCafe Resident” on the App Store or on Google Play. This computer program gives tenants 24/7 access to their account via their Resident Portal. You can view & pay your ledger balance, submit maintenance requests, update your contact information (email & phone number), and communicate with your leasing office. The following forms of payment will be accepted online: ACH, Debit Card, Credit Card and W.I.P.S. (Walk in Payment System) at Wal-Mart. There is a small convenience fee for payments made online. In our office we will only accept: personal or business check, money order or cashiers checks as payments. We are very excited about this new program.
