Each condo has a washer and dryer, microwave, gas fireplace, central air, limited access entry with security door, patios are on the first floor and decks are included on the second and third floors, and each condo includes a garage which is approximately 12′ x 20′. Tenants pays all utilities (gas, water and electric) and the landlord pays for the trash removal. No pets are allowed. Tenants must provide proof of Renters Insurance.
